Since my early 20’s I’ve worked with people to increase wellness. Directly, as a health consultant, educator, speaker and writer. Indirectly, through corporate training programs, coaching, mentoring and consulting across a range of industries – including automotive. Personally, in my business and with my family – and curious friends.
Today I bring my life’s work together and take another step on the journey. With a refined vision, my new website and blog now see the light of day. Copywriter extraordinaire Peter Linton from Write On Cue has been instrumental in putting everything together.
Some of you know it’s taken longer than anticipated. There’s been a few false starts and frustrating delays. However, I firmly believe things come together when they’re supposed to. When they flow.
Getting down to business
A few months ago I defined my ethos: my ‘why’. I guess it was really a ‘redefine’. That’s because my focus has always been around emotions, communication, wellness – and achieving what’s important to you.
My why is to inspire people to be emotionally healthy so that they achieve wellness in life and work. ” – Anne Whatley-Dale
My ‘why’ underpins everything you’ll see with programs, events and products. It’s the catalyst for what you’ll see me write about or comment on.
What can you expect?
- Inspiration, practical information and tools, including downloads and videos.
- Books, e-books and support information. Some based on our programs.
- Events, presentations and follow-up that support you on your journey.
- Products, including audio.
- ‘healthy conversations’ through the blog.

Help me to help you
Being authentic is important to me. So is being relevant.
I also aim is to communicate ‘just enough’ and when there’s something to say. So you can help me out by letting me know if there’s a topic you’re interested in.
Next steps…
That’s it from me tonight. Just a quick note as we launch. So, until later this week… be well!
