Hi everyone
In my first blog for 2020 I wrote about refocusing each day. Are you giving it a go?
Is it a challenge coming back from holidays, getting back into work, preparing for the new school year, or simply recovering from Christmas or New Year? Or do you just feel a little flat? It’s pretty common this time of year. Especially with the impact of the devastating bushfires.
