Hello
I’m Anne Whatley-Dale.
Welcome to livepresent!
I’m excited to introduce myself to you because I love helping people build their business, career or life – with the health and wellness to enjoy it.
That’s because I’m passionate about people and the opportunity we all have to excel – and live the highest quality life for as long as possible. We just need to know how to do it!
So, I bring together my skills, training, proven results, and lived experience across the worlds of health consulting; training, coaching and speaking; plus being a small business owner all my working life. These things have helped me build my approach to achieving success and wellness in life and work.
Of course, how each of us defines success and wellness is different.
We also each have a unique personal story.
Mine includes the experiences, challenges and learnings that come from the downs and ups of business; being a single mum for many years; and navigating grief and trauma – all important for shaping who I am, and the quality of my life, today.
So, how do I know what I offer works?
Well, I see evidence in the results achieved by the people, teams and groups I work with.
I’ve also seen it in my own life, and recognise it even more now when I look at the relationship my son and I have built, as well as what he’s achieving – because we’ve been on this family and life journey together.
Most of us know what it’s like to have work, health and life collide. And I firmly believe it’s how we respond to what happens that helps us bring the pieces together to feel successful and well.
The key for each of us is finding the formula for combining being well with being the best we can be in each role we play in life.
Whatever the reason for your visit today, I hope you are inspired and encouraged to take the next step. Whether that’s with us, or someone else, is less important than taking action. Of course, if you’re curious to find out more, I’d love to speak with you. You can contact me here if you’d like to do that now, or explore what we offer first.
Be well – and live present!
